If you wish to spend some quality time with your traveling group at our self-catering Boma, feel free to organise such a special event with your host!  

 

To qualify for the Group Special, a minimum of 8-10 guests are required, and all units booked out.

The special offers the following options:

 

• A starchy side dish like a savoury maize tart ("paptert") or "pap" and "sheba", rice or cheesy potato & cream bake etc.

​

• A choice of venison shin for Dutch-oven-pot-stew or homemade, seasonal, deli venison boerewors. (The Boerewors "sausage", is our very own secret recipe, prepared in Ukulala's kitchen). 

​

• Two to three salads e.g. Greek, beetroot relish, potato, Waldorf, curry pasta or chakalaka.

​

• Desert like fruit salad with ice cream or vanilla custard or dainty pastries.

​

• Coffee, tea, milk, sugar, water.
